Leonard Monesteri’s local roots run deep. Growing up in Garfield, he was an avid outdoors man and built a strong work ethic, holding jobs at both retail and warehouse establishments. He graduated Garfield High School and then headed to Seton Hall University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. His experience in finance includes positions at Touche Ross and Company, All American Realty and Revlon. In 1987 he launched L&M Tax Services, building the cornerstone of the practice on respect and professional integrity. Len’s strong business competencies have been honed over the past twenty-five years, with client diversification ranging from corner grocery stores to Caribbean fishing vessels. He currently serves on the Supervisory Board of the North Jersey Federal Credit Union and the Academy of Our Lady School Advisory Board. Len is a proud member of the New Jersey Association of Public Accountants, the National Society of Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Practitioners.
